Therabody offers a range of versatile massage guns, but the Theragun Pro is the crème de la crème and has the most attachments and maneuverability to deliver targeted relief. The ergonomic triangular handle allows you to hold it in a number of ways to reduce unwanted strain or your arms, wrists and hands. The Pro also has a unique adjustable head to get into hard-to-reach spots.

For further customization, this model has the most attachments of Therabody’s lineup. Its six different attachment heads target everything from large muscle groups of the legs and back to smaller areas like in between shoulder blades. In our testing, we reached for the Dampener when loosening tight muscles and the Supersoft for a relaxing, feel-good massage; the Wedge was ideal for working out knotted shoulders. When the heads are not in use, you can easily change them out and wipe down all of the attachments to keep them clean.

Attachments aside, the Theragun Pro allows you to adjust pressure to just the right levels, too. Using the accompanying TheraBody app or physical controls on the device, you can go from 1750 to 2400 PPM (percussions per minute). This massage gun can also withstand a whopping 60 pounds of pressure—that means you can push down with the equivalent of 60 pounds of weight, getting really deep into the muscles. If you want to monitor your pressure, you can look at the OLED screen on the massager, which has a gauge.
