Hi all, Im 26 and I suffer from back and neck ache due to a curve in my spine. I am a complementary therapist so I try things like aroma compresses and treating the relevant reflex zones for relief. Does anyone have any tips/ advice/ for when Im performing treatments? as it seems to be a few hours after that the pain is at it's worse. Are there any other therapists out there with Scoliosis?
