Can I ask the audience?!!

Would you describe yourself as a therapy junkie or do those of you receiving regular therapy (massage, reiki, etc) find that you can live without it when you can't receive it?

Hi Kenb,

I wouldn't call it being a "junkie" as that's a negative term & therapies are positive! Anyway, to answer your question, I could live without it but I really wouldn't want to! It's like saying, "could you live without eating vegetables?" I could but I wouldn't feel very healthy or good about it!

I try to receive 1 deep massage for every 10 that i give. So that averages out around 90 sessions a year I receive.
Thismay sound excesive butthis formulaismy career saver.

I also do some reiki swaps that help me deal with my own and my clients spiritual/emotional negative energy.

So no ken I coulnt live without it as my career depends on it.

2 a week - that's amazing!

you must get amazing relief & relaxation from all of that.

I tend to go for a massage every 4-6 weeks, and really look forward to it by the end of that time. However, if I received massage once a week, I think that I would just treat it as a regular part of life, rather than a "treat". I'm not sure which I'd prefer........................OK, i admit that once a week would be better!!
