Thinking about getting a massage?

Im 14 and im thinking about getting a massage. Ive gotten a facial and many mani/pedis. But ive never gotten a massage.

They offer sweedish, deep tissue, and a parafin wax.
Im thinking sweedish but what is the best to get?

Also, is it awkward? Do i get to leave underwear on?

Can you tell me everything i need to know?

this all depends on where you go. most places i've heard of you do have to take off your underwear, but you have a towel around your waist

- Swedish massage uses firm but gentle pressure to promote relaxation, ease muscle tension and create other health benefits.
- Deep tissue massage uses many of the same movements and techniques as Swedish massage, but the pressure will generally be more intense.
- Parafin wax is an alternative to parafin dip, which is extremely un-hygenic & also the biggest way to spread infections. Essentially, it's an improved version of a parafin dip

as for which is best, it's all about personal choice. what do you want the most? further research will give you extensive knowledge on the techniques used
