Raids were carried out at Ping Massage, Stream Massage, and Tulip Massage, according to Rogers police.
ROGERS, Ark. — A third arrest has been announced in connection to Rogers massage parlors that were the subject of human trafficking raids as part of Arkansas Attorney General Tim Griffin's Operation Obscured Vision.
Rogers police said on Feb. 12 that David Whited is the most recent arrest in relation to the raids, which were carried out on Jan. 23, 2025, at Ping Massage, Stream Massage, and Tulip Massage in Rogers.
Whited was arrested by the U.S. Marshals Service for trafficking and engaging in a continuing criminal gang, organization, or enterprise. The Rogers Police Department (RPD) said that investigations into the remaining owners and operators of the parlors will continue.
Other people arrested after the Rogers raids include Yuhe Yang and Chunli Wang.
Yang is accused of trafficking and engaging in a continuing criminal gang, organization, or enterprise, while Wang is accused of second-degree sexual assault.
During a press conference on Jan. 24, Griffin announced that 12 different locations across the state, most identified as "illicit massage parlors," have been the subject of search warrants and raids that yielded four arrests.
