Thunderous sound

Some people are sitting in a waiting room of a famous hospital.
the waiting room is just next to a large window.
Outside, dark clouds are hanging, it seems like it's going to rain in a few minutes.

suddenly ... a thunderous sound fill the waiting room

some people are running away from the window, aware of being struck by a nearby lightning.

a lady ask: "Was that a lightning or a bomb? I don't see any flashing light at all."

the waiting room is engulfed in silence.

then ...

An old man sitting in the corner suddenly starts to say "Sorry ... my fault ... my stomach feels so strange lately." :clap
