Wanted to go to Artemis or Liberty but funds and time was short so settled for Tiffany in RitterStrasse based on review on other thread.

The establishment is easy enough to find - based in a converted factory type building. You ring the bell and get buzzed in and take the lift or stairs to the 4th floor. Buzz the door and you're let in and taken to a waiting room and asked if you prefer to see a particular girl. They didn't speak much English but I managed to communicate I was mpter a young, slim girl.
A quick promenade of girls proceeded, one by one they entered, said their name (which I quickly forgot) and shook my hand.
I was pretty disappointed with the selection, but went for what I thought was the best body and ignoring the face. Screwed up on the name which meant the wrong girl re-entered, but they soon figured out who I was mpter. I think all in all maybe 8-10 girls were paraded.
Was asked how long I wanted (30 minutes at 60 euros) and then led down a labyrinthine hallway until we reached our room. Was asked to undress and wash up for which purpose there was a small sink with mouth wash and deodorant too.
Girl - think she called herself Kelly - came back and the session started. Nothing special. She was a bit pissed off about something ("...Angry with the world today") and apparently suffering Reviewom a headache. She was OK - I'm quite hardened and didn't expect a GFE.
On service - she said it was one pop only and no kissing. She also refused to go on top but eventually did (I think to "progress" things a bit). She became more active as the session moved forward and talked dirty in English which sometimes can get a bit cheesy but she did it quite well.
Also said she would prefer for me not to make her "dirty", i.e. preferred me to come inside. Fingering and oral on her and kissing/licking body was OK. Oral on me and sex was protected.

mpter session I was let to another door and exited down some stairs leading to another part of the court yard.

Note: There are normal businesses in the complex so you might bump into people on the stairs but I assume they're completely aware and don't care and I didn't care about being seen.

I would not return, but as it was my only Berlin experience I cannot comment on how much this reflects a common experience there. I have to say the place appeared immaculately clean and quite well run.
