Tip for 'Pay-One-Price' place???

Hey Guys,
I was wondering, if a place has the fees incorporated into a room fee, ie. you pay at the door for everything, is it customary or proper etiquette to tip the gal in the room after the massage? How much is the going rate? How much do the MPA's consider to be proper?

a lot of the"non" spa places have a built in price. There are usually 3 set prices at these places (eg. $70, $90 and $120). Most places are within 20 dollars of these prices. I find these systems way easier- pay it all at first, directly to the mpa. Tipping is up to you- if you enjoyed yourself you should tip. I find most Mpa's are happy with any tip, even a $5 tip. I usually give a $20 at the end of a good session, sometimes more if it was really good.

I do not understand why people give tips for extras.

When you go to a restaurant, you pay for the food and you tip for the service because waiters are only making a minimum wage.

When you are paying for a service at an agreed price, why should you give tips ? This is the same as you are not paying tips to your lawyer or accountant. ( I give good tips to waiters or waitress )

The good service by a MPA is rewarded by the repeat business from the customer.
