Tip Top Spa (Is it open?)

Tried yet again to head to Tip Top Spa in the IT Plaza. 6pm, lights are on, door is locked and no one answers. Tried the doorbell 3 times, even knocked on the door.

Still no answer.

Went around corner, Red Bird Spa. First Ring, Door Answered. Will review at another time.

Been hoping to get into Tip Top for some time, and denied every time.

What is up with this place? Not built like a cop, dress like an office worker, clean cut...

Anyone know what is going on?

This is my first MP review, so please let me know if I am crossing any lines here...

After a suggestion from another thread, I visited Tip Top last Saturday. Only two caucasian girls working that night. I let my buddy have the cute, bubbly blonde (I didn't catch her name).

I had a session with Eva (I think that was her name), a spanish brunette. Poor massage. I tried for some small talk during the session to try and warm things up. I got, more or less, one word answers from her. I must have offended her some how, because the entire session has horrible.
She offered a BS, which I accepted, however I was not allowed to touch. I apparently I had to also pay for a NR to do that. And so the session continued. Everything was a la carte. The release was mechanical, and she was out of the room a half second after she dropped the box of tissues on the table.

Sometimes there is only one girl working at a time, and if she is "busy" she is not going to open the door.
