Tips for introducing my cat to my newborn baby?

My kitty is male, about 1 yr old, and an indoor/outdoor kitty. He is sweet, not aggressive, but gets playful at times. I'm 25 weeks pregnant and I'm wondering how I can introduce my kitty to my baby boy when we get home from the hospital? I don't want my kitty to get jealous or mean twards the baby..anyone have experience with kittys and babies?
 
I had the same concern with my 2 cats. Just had a baby last year and the cats avoided the baby for the first week and i slowly introduced them by letting the cat sit next to me while holding the baby (so the cat could sniff her). The cats are fine with my daughter. I used a crib cover (tent type thing) for my daughters crib just so the cats wouldn't go in while she was sleeping. My daughter plays with them and gives them kisses. She is 14 months and they've never scratched her.
