I'm sixteen and I want to start lifting weights a couple times a week to tone up. Not to bulk up, I'm a girl, I just want to tone. I have no idea what to do though, I would like to buy the weights rather than join a gym. But I don't know how to use them or what to buy? Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks!
