Towel Warmer Feedback

I've wanted a towel warmer or hydrocollator for many years.
I recently moved to a location where I can have one.
I purchased one (TW) on Ebay it worked fine for a few days then it pooped out. (Yes, it's returned)
Anyone have a brand &/or company they recommend.
My clients & I were loving the hot towels, need to get a new one ASAP.

Sorry I don't have any recommendations on towel warmers, but I do have a suggestion for having hot towels in the meantime...
I use a crockpot that I got at a rummage sale. Wet your towels, wring them out and stick them in the crockpot. I usually turn mine on high for the 1st half hour to make sure they're ready to go, and then turn it down to low which DEFINITELY keeps them hot enough. I always have to cool them off a little before using on a client, which takes all of 10 seconds to grab an end and shake it. It's much cheaper than a towel warmer, and just as effective. Not a bad idea to have on hand between now and when you get your new towel warmer, or in case that one were to poop out too for some weird reason.

Sorry to hear that your hot towel cabi died. That stinks.

I have purchased several pieces of equipment from Salons R Us on ebay and not had a problem with anything....I have
gotten a....
- hot towel cabi (same one that they sell at the trade shows and supply houses for a lot less)
- trolley
- steamer
- mag light
- galvanic/hi freq machine

At the spa where I work I also just use a crock pot for hot towels. If you roll them up you can get at least 6 hand towels in - keep on low/warm. Throw a couple hot stones on the bottom towel in case you want to use them on someone (they get real hot - take out with a towel a couple minutes before you use

The spa where I work has always bought theirs from Massage Warehouse.
I believe they have six of them... we did have trouble with one... but when they called MW, they immediately replaced it.
And of course a hot towel cabi holds many more towels than a crock pot can. I think we usually get 14-16 in there depending on how tightly they're rolled.
