Treatment plans

Hi there.

I have a couple of clients who have spacific problems which come up every treatment. I have suggested to them that i will make a treatment plan for them......and now i cant remember what to do!

does anyone else do treatment plans?

Hiya

Now this is where I fall down!!! I was never showed how to do a treatment plan - i usually keep a photo copy of feet and colour in where is tender and then work out these areas - as regards a plan

- I give homecare advice
- work the areas

So if anyone else out there has any ideas I would be delighted to know aswell

You are already doing it!! Just think about which reflexes are used to help the symptoms of the client. Write them down and then work on them. Noting any responses. I have a treatment breakdown form already printed with

Date: Clients condition/feedback


Treatment plan:


Tender/positive reflexesYou can then just jot down on the next one for your next treatment plan.)



Post treatment summary:

I have room on each page for about 3 treatments reports under foot diagrammes at the top.
To save paper When that page is full I ususally just print 4 more on back of sheet without the foot diagram.

Works well for me, I've been using it for 3 years now.

You can then report back to client with their progress and tell them where you plan to work on them next. ( If necessary)
