treatment recording charts

Hi

This is my first forum post - i hope i do it right!

I am trying to find/access mastercopies of treatment recording charts. I was given recording charts on my course but i don't like the format as there is very little space. I would like charts with an outline of each aspect of both feet so i can mark the findings on the diagrams of the feet.

Has any body got any examples they could share with me or does anyone know a site where you can download or order examples and/ or blank foot charts?

This is my first post too, so hope it works as I'm working on one of those 'dreaded Mac things!!!'

I'm currently a student too and found my centre's forms really poor, so knocked up one of my own. If you PM your email I can send you it to look at.
