Treatment time

Hi All

Could you tell me the duration of your reflexology treatments?

hiya,

my treatments last between 45 mins to an hour, depending on who, what i am treating and if i am in a rush <g>.

I allow an hour, but have to keep it at that as have others in after.

Actually I find that 45 mins is enough but I make it last longer.

For a new person I use the hour to take the consultation and treat. Some people who come back still take up time with feedback etc, it's all in an hour.

I usually finish five minutes before to take a bit of time to give them some feedback and let them get their stuff together.

I just noticed you are in Gibralter.

I went there in 1989 when I was six months pregnant. I have been to some hot places but that was the hottest I have ever experienced! It wasn't the best place to be under the circumstances!

For a treatment I take between 45 minutes and an hour. For the first treatment I add on another 30 minutes for the consultation.

I take about 10-15 minutes for consultation, fetching water at the end, feedback etc and then about 45 mins for actual treatment.

Hi - with reflexology the phrase 'less is more' is often appropriate. I always do a maximum of 45 minutes hands on + consultation time. Hope this helps.
