GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY, Mich., (WPBN/WGTU) -- A trial is underway for the massage therapist accused of sex crimes in Grand Traverse County.

Jeffry Knapp is charged with third-degree criminal sexual conduct.

It comes after a woman said Knapp violated her during a massage at Loving Hand Massage and Spa in September 2018.

The investigation also led to a similar accusation by a different woman in 2005.

On Tuesday, the victim and the owner of the spa took the stand.

The trial is expected to wrap up Wednesday.
