thought this was pretty cool! I don't use fitted sheets because I have an extra wide table - they don't fit. But this looks especially handy for mobile therapists. (links to a video)

That's a good way to fold fitted sheets, and the only way I know how, lol. Except I fold both sheets lengthwise and inside out - so that I can unfold the sheet right onto the table with no fumbling, since I am mobile and have to do all the table prep in the presence of the clients. I do have to say that I do NOT like the idea of the face cradle cover on the outside like that. I wouldn't want to put my face into, not knowing what all it had come in contact with before I saw it come out of the bag like that. I fold it and tuck it in the middle, and then fold the pillow case around the whole set to protect the sheets. I buy twin sheets rather than massage table sheets, since I have extra padding on my table, and buy the face cradle covers separately. After the pillow case keeps the sheets from coming into contact with anything else during storage/transport, it then becomes a protector for wherever I set my clock, mp3 player, and hand sanitizer during the massage, and when I am done I put all those back in my bag and the pillow case becomes the laundry bag, protecting everything else from sheets that need to be washed.

I'm guessing there are a ton of different ways to do this. It's fun to see!

That was neat. I am folding impaired! It's definately a much more compact 'package' than the way I have my sheets folded right now!

Yep - I do something similar with the fitted sheet, but fold it one more time than she does in the video. I take the flat sheet and fold it in quarters, then fold one more time lengthwise. I place the folded fitted sheet at one end of the folded flat, then put the face cradle cover on that. Starting on the end with the fitted sheet, I roll them all into a bundle. I think that rolling instead of folding the flat sheet much more helps with the number of creases in the sheet .

The end product in the video is very nice, but as a client I'd also wonder what else the face cradle cover came in contact with. Perhaps tuck the whole thing into a pillow case or something similar for transport? My own method is very, very fast and reasonably compact, but the sheets are more creased. I figure (perhaps incorrectly) that if the blanket that goes on over the top sheet is smooth, the client is less likely to notice or care if the sheets underneath it aren't smooth.

But you don't do outcalls. The sheets need to be smooth for us because the client watches them going on the table. I need to look professional in putting them on, so unfolding them precisely onto the table is important, and how they look immediately upon placement is important. Plus, I work with the elderly, so a bunch of wrinkles could actually be quite painful for some of them.
