TTC ticket collector attempts to take my iphone

my step daughter & I were on our way home from downtown, i had her metro pass in my purse cuz she didnt have 1, i didnt want her to lose it so just minutes b4 we got on the ttc i asked her to give it to me to put in my purse...as we were entering the subway station i pulled out the pass & gave it to her, then pushed my token in....the ttc ticket collector asked her for her student card ...she doesnt have it on her, he grabs her pass from her and says "confiscated" ...i tell him she is my daughter and she is a student, he mumbles something i cant really understand african ...patois yes...african no, i dunno what he is saying, and he has taken her brand new July metro pass, so i go over to the ticket booth and tell the guy behind the counter to call the TTC supervisor or manger....meantime i flip my cam on, cuz the ttc dude tells me he's called the cops...I m like wht u called the cops why did u call the cops, we didnt do anything wrong and so how the story goes...

this is the ttc ticket collector who confiscated the metro pass then called the cops, then attempted to confiscate my iphone, when my daughter went back for her metro pass he told her to delete the pic and told her to tell her mother to do the same....i think nottttttttttt

If I were a TTC employee, I wouldn't put myself in that situation as it s not worth it especially over a 3 dollar ticket. JUst crazy....and many of them are not trained how to deal with conflicts with passengers. .....and a one day or week workshop isn't enough.

Regarding your situation, the TTC operator didnt even warn or convey his concerns...instead he just took your pass away and created a volatile situation. uhmmm why is the TTC called the better way????????????
