Please help if you can guys! :)
When I purchased my TurtleBeach XLC, I could not hear people talk when it was plugged into my controller. HOWEVER, when it was unplugged, I COULD hear people out of my TurtleBeach. I managed to fix it somehow. But now, the problem has occured again. Do you have any idea how I can fix this? Thank you.
