Two question about having a professional massage?

It seems like mostly women have massages what percentage of massage patrons are men. It’s not weird or anything if a man goes to one of those places.

If I go I am worried I will get an erection should I get a man thong or wear a Speedo to hide it. If the therapist does not care then I do not care but I do not want it to be awkward.

A little more than half my clients are male, but I don't know what percent nationally. I read recently that more women go to spas for massage and more men go to individual massage offices.

Increased circulation occasionally causes a man to have an erection during a massage. It's merely a physical reaction, and I ignore it. Not awkward as long as we both ignore it.

You can ask for a male therapist... And google has an answer to your first question. I was trying to get the URL and post it but I can't seem to find it. Just search "What percentage of massage patrons are men" and click the second result I believe. Also has a bunch of extra information on massages. Extra help on your second question: You won't get "excited" if a guy is giving you the massage..(well if your straight) or you can try to just not to "in the moment". But I think they ask you to remove all your clothing. So its best try something else. It'd be a lot more ackward if you end up laying doing with a speedo for a massage... Hope I helped

Massage Therapists are trained to be professional about certain body reactions. Just as long as it doesnt go any further than that, most likely they wouldn't leave the room.
