1) No.
2) There is no free lunch. If you are asking if I ever offer extra tip on top of what was asked, I never did.
Asian Mps are generaly quieter than Caucasians probably due to language barriers and cultural differences. If I get a chance to pick, I prefer Asians. Some Caucasians think too highly of themselves.

Re 2) I HAVE offered a tip over what was asked on several occasions (e.g. I was complaining about how cold a past relationship was, and a well known semi-legit lady (whose name I will keep as a national secret!) threw in an extra bbbj completely out of the kindness of her heart; it was just decent personal gesture from a very decent woman, so I left a lot more than the usual 40-50 tip - would have looked like some bush league dude if I didn't, after someone so generously opens up like that

I find it funny that no one talks, we are all there for the same reason.

1. Of course I care, I want privacy, and only spend time with a hot girl. Some of these guys are dirty, smelly assholes, and lowlifes in general. Why the fuck would I want to talk to them?

Depends how you feel, some time we have more $$ or less $$, you go to this places for one reason. So if you feel is good and you have $$ tip that 180 or more, but if you are short on cash just do the regular 40 + 100.
