Finally found this place after an unsuccessful attempt during my last visit - directions from Hunter were perfect, I just had to follow them to the 20ft banner with Lady Liberty.

This was a Saturday night - peak hour. Price was Y980 paid up front. No problem taking gaijin money, but the girl spoke no English at all. She was nice and fairly enthusiastic, but only average looking. As stated elsewhere, kissing, touching, BBBJ. I got the impression that FS was there for the taking, but I didn't. The place was a little tawdry. Overall I guess you get what you pay for when you're a white guy in Tokyo.
