Anyone been to this place on Davis Dr recently? Been years for me ... but pass by a lot driving through town and curious about what is offered these days. I stopped in twice last couple months but both times in the evening the attendant was busy.
The bylaw signs seem to have come down at places like Rose Retreat and May Blossom too. Wonder what eventually happened with this.

I went on a Friday a couple months ago and there was this asian big boobs lady , good massage and good finish.
They never had issue with bylaws because they have RMT.
It is semi legit.

Rose retreat might have fixed their status with the town or just simply teared off the bylaw notice.

Urban retreat works fine. Semi-legit. Lady was nice and open minded, but with reasonable restrictions - you can touch and watch, but cloth must stay on, nice dirty talk on a second visit.
I assume Coco is not a big boobed lady mentioned above, but my experience was definitely positive She likes being massaged, so I practically explained my back trouble spots and how to fix them. Second visit was close to, ehm, perfection
I've been at the same room both times, quite big, nice, clean+shower in a room. Not sure if other rooms are big and have shower.

In Rose Retreat girls are not hesitating to undress completely, at least those 2 I've seen recently. 1 room is nice and big with a shower, Another one was small, but had a shower. Girl struggled a bit trying to squeeze between the wall and massage table to be able to apply enough pressure to my back Small room.

45 min 100, 1 hour 120 total (room fee + tips). I would say basic rate is 80/100 according to ladies reaction in both locations, just liked the result Massage part was above average, not RMT, but good. And their English was quite good. I know that mine is far from ideal , but did not have problems with them, compared to other spa-s.
