With all the hassels I've had here with some of the staff(not the M.P.A.'s) I can honestly say I can't believe I'm doing this. However, with all the stuff being said it's hard not to. I have been more or less a regular for some time and have been with numerous attendants there. Such as Alex, Jamie, Cindy, Melissa, Pamela, Cameron, Chelsea, Jayden, Jenna and most recently Liv. And in all that time I've only had one truly bad experience with one of the girls. And she is no longer there. Have they all been great, no, but lets be honest these girls are human and have bad days too. So lets cut the girls some slack.

Cut the girls some slack? It's not the girls fault that the prices went up to $90.00, and the paying customer is not aware because the signs in the main lobby have been torn down. It's not really the girls fault that a lot of these customer service issues aren't resolved...........

Most of the girls are doing a good job in the massage. They will only do what they are told by management. If the management doesn't make it a priority for the girls that each and every customer get a full length session, and that they are pampered and taken care of no matter what, then the girls won't bother too much (unless you are Cindy!). Most of those girls like Nikki and Jamie do a session based on their own rules......e.g. --> if they aren't attracted to the guy, then they will give poor service, and rush the session. Until the management addresses these issues with the ladies, then it will continue to happen.

This is why Utopia can't raise their prices for a massage. Their overall service is nowhere as good as HFH or IT, yet they are still charging basically the same price as these places. For an extra $10.00, I would definitely go to IT and see Amber or go to HFH and see Cameron.......wouldn't you?
