This pro has helped relieve the tension of stars like Mick Jagger, Sting, Kanye West, Jay-Z, Lady Gaga, The Rolling Stones, Paul McCartney, Justin Timberlake and many more A-listers. Learn how to hit all the right spots!
Oil it up. If you have massage oil, great. If not, Dr. Stein says you can use any type of oil or cream, as long as it's not lotion. "Lotion is not that good because it rolls up into annoying little balls," she explains. To make your own massage oil, Dr. Dot says use three parts unscented baby oil mixed with one part unscented baby gel. Add scents if you want: "Lavender oil is good for a relaxing massage and lemon essential oil is great for an energetic massage," Dr. Stein says.

Sexy little tips. Before starting the massage, be sure to warm up the oil or cream simply by submerging the container in hot water. You're sweety's skin will appreciate it. "Never pour the oil directly onto the person's body. Always put it in your hands first," Dr. Stein added.
Like it rough? There's a fine line when it comes to pressure. You don't want to go light, but at the same time, you don't want to overdo it and hurt someone. "Pressure that is too light or inconsistent can be as uncomfortable as too much pressure," says Stein. "Be sure to use an even amount — not too hard, not too light." Stein says it's actually better to start out somewhat lightly and ask if they want more, then gently increase your strength until the recipient indicates that pressure is strong enough.

Pain or pleasure? "A massage should be relaxing and focused, not irritating," Stein explained. "You want to stay away from bones. By pressing hard over a bone, you're going to cause pain, not pleasure," she warned. Unless you know human anatomy, you're probably not going to know where those bones are. Dr. Dot's suggestion? Before you begin rubbing an area, make sure that the tissue below the skin is soft. Press your fingers into your relaxed stomach. This softness tells you that there are no bones below your fingers — only organs.
