Ventured back to Health International today

Went back to HI today. A few new girls. My favourite Samantha wasn't there. Oh well. Don't review a lot but thought that my favourite spa could use a little bit of positive press.

Picked Giselle - she is a pretty brunette with a very nice face. I found her quite attractive. Medium man-mades and she has strong legs.

They all wear smocks now . Some guys may find this a turn-on

I usually go for a bs and stayed with my regular, despite a bit of extra nervousness after last weekend.

Giselle gave a very good massage, I might have liked it a little firmer but it was much firmer than 95% of massages you get in the T.O. area.

She did a great job overall and I defiantely enjoyed my time. Definately worth the money. I will definately repeat, and may go for an hour next time as the massage was quite good.

Ladies and gentleman...lets give this man a round of applause...does he have balls of steel or does he have balls of steel. They could be offering free massage and I don't think I would venture within a mile.

I wondered if HI made the mistake of not giving the reporters free massage?

It is one of the cleanest spas around and the menu has always been restricted to the stuff that gets posted. I have never had a girl offer anything beyond BS (despite my best efforts.... ).

Why focus on this one? If the reporters really wanted to clean up the city they would go after the place at College & Bay or at Yonge & Wellesely or at Yonge & Bloor - none of which have showers in the rooms. These places are dens of disease and drugs. I tried these places before HI opened and although I am a bit of a Hobbying addict, I would never repeat at any of them. I felt dirty and uncomfortable and the girls all tried to push 'extras' above and beyond without any supplies (sorry moderater tried to find the cleanest way to say that).

I am all for closing those places. If we only had about 25 spas in all of T.O. but they were of the class of HI, HFH, IT and SRM, I would be very happy and I don't think the moral majority would even notice they existed.

I know I sound like a shill. But I really like have a 'quality' spa downtown that I can get to easily when I need a break. SRM, HFH, IT are all out of my way although if you search by my name you will find I have done reviews at all of these spas with mostly positive results.

Hear, hear. Downtown is a wasteland for quality. A lot of the reason I stopped going to spas here is because the choice is so miserable. I only went to HI once, and it was very nice. I tend to appreciate some level of luxury in the spa when I do go to one. Which means going way out of my way to the places you've mentioned above, which are all top notch.

Unfortunately, with the article from the Star, it looks like this spa will be soon closing up shop. Too bad.

new to this thread... i think when i went to this place... front desk lady is Jennifer... at least the day i went.

Is veronica petite and short, very slim lady but not short and stocky, just nicely minaturized.

what happened to this place, they all wear labcoats instead of skimpy skirts and heels?

it was a nice view to have the ladies walk into your room and give you their names.

But I stayed for the hour and got the body slide, and HJ, but it cost me I think past $200.... didn't she gouge me?
