Verruca on Thymus/Lung area of foot- help?!

Hello all,
I have had a large, quite painful verruca on my right foot for absolutely ages. I can't even hazard a guess at how long precisely, but at least 3 years... Far too long!
Anway I have recieved numerous treatments for it- a few bottles of shop bought remedies, painful freezing sessions; and all to no avail. I'm going to try a few home remedies I have read about such as lemon juice, tea tree oil, and bananna skin, but I can't help but wonder why it's such a stubborn "friend" residing on my foot. I was wondering if any of you lovely people had some reflexology-related ideas for the cause? Its near the base of the ball of my right foot- right on the spot where it feels as though the ball joins the rest of the foot, directly below the 2nd toe.. I've looked at numerous relfexology charts/websites and think this is either the thymus or lung area of the foot? Either way, I can't find any advice as to what this could mean, so please help! x

From a foot reading perspective a veruuca represents someone else who has got under your skin. From your description it lies beneath the second toe which represents feelings and on the lower part of the ball of your foot which is on the line between feelings and activity. Your right foot represents Yang - which is active and masculine.

One conclusion you could draw from this is the verruca is a representation of your feelings about someone related to activity or having to do something you don't necessarily want to do because some one expects you to. Maybe your description of it being 'a friend' was more accurate than you relaised !
