You upload your list of current customers and they mail a plastic postcard to them, with a built-in $25 Gift Card they can snap off and give to a friend. The GC has your customer's name on it as the source of the referral, so you know who to reward at the end of the month.

At the end of the month, you upload the list of your customers who gave you a new customer, and they mail THEM a $25 thank you GC for the referral.

It is easy, costs less than $1 per name, with no minimum (and that includes the poseforum.xxxe!)

The downside -- it is basic design -- you can't yet upload a customized design.

They also have a birthday program and a general mailer etc.

Email is the new junk mail, and we learned in our spa busines when you send a $20 gc to your clients on their birthday month, they spend over $75 when they come to redeem it, so it should be a big hit for us.

Hmmm, as I read the privacy policy it seems to say that they can collect and give the info to anybody that they feel like.
Or am I reading that wrong.

One question...I didn't see how to get the existing client's name on the snap-off portion. Did I miss it?
