If you ever do a visa run to ranong, a pack of 4 kamagra tablets are 150 baht (yes for the whole pack) on the burma side. They will first try to sell for 200 baht, but bargaining is possible. A fraction of the price in Phuket, and the exact same stuff imported from India. Packs of cigarettes work out to about about 7 baht, if you buy 2-3 cartons.

i think the gel is better (not that i'm an expert) it works faster and it doesn't give me a headache afterwards like the tabs.
