i don't know how many of you began your VIP program when we all started talking about it about a year or two ago. (i can't find the post that i swore was there) we initiated it at our grand opening in our new location last february.
for $75/yearly investment, clients receive last year's pricing, premium appointment times, sporadic gifts, certificates to give to friends/family at holiday/birthday times and first, free try on all new services so they can help us build our menu.
today we're having a VIP pampering party. food and drinks, of course (it wouldn't be the south without our food), one MT will start it off with guided meditation, then the other will come in and do some gentle yoga instruction - she does private classes too so this will be a way to promote that. then afterward we'll do foot and hand treatments and we may be able to throw in some chair massage.
the whole party should last about 2 hours, tops - probably less. they're all very excited and it's a good chance to appreciate them.
but secretly, i'm a little nervous... i think we've planned it as best we can, but i can't shake the feeling that i've left something out. i'll let you know how it goes!
