CHESAPEAKE, Va. (AP) — Police and federal agents arrested 10 people following raids on six massage parlors in Chesapeake.
Police spokeswoman Kelly O'Sullivan said the raids were based on complaints that the businesses were violating new city regulations aimed at human trafficking and prostitution. She also told The Virginian-Pilot (http://bit.ly/1OoGYfG ) some parlors were going too far, massaging erogenous areas.

O'Sullivan said the department launched its investigation one year ago. Homeland Security was involved because of possible federal violations, such as the harboring of people who enter the U.S. illegally.
