Visiting Lower Mainland - Recommendations Needed?

I am visiting the Lower Mainland next week and was hoping for some intel on places to visit.
Not overly interested in MP's, would prefer RMT's who provide something extra. Not looking for FS

At one time Swan Lake in Richmond was recommended to me, but a search on this board doesn't show any reviews after about 2013 or so. Are they still in business? If so is it the place to go?

Any help will be greatly appreciated. I am a regular contributor on the Edmonton board

My best recommendation is new star, it’s beside the McDonald’s by the PNE. Clean, fresh towels and most of the time a decent selection..
