VTCT Advanced Diploma

Hello,
Just wanted to let people know that VTCT have got a Level 3 Diploma in Additional Reflexology Techniques(D1033)it is to followon fromLevel 3 Diploma in Reflexology (D1080 ) or Reflexology Techniques VTCT Certificate Level 3.

It is recognized by the Reflexologist forum, which its organisations of members consist of the following, AOR,BABTAC,BRITREFLEX,Complementary Therapists Association (CThA),International Federation of Reflexologists,Northern Ireland Reflexologists' Institute,FHT,Scottish Institute of Reflexology.
Does this mean they all follow the same standards?
How do you know which organisation to join?

It covers soooo many things:

I'm interested in further personal development, however I cannot spot any of the FE institutions in N Ireland offering more that what they have for a number of years now. I know of self-study programmes, however the practical aspect is also rather important, surely. The need to have qualifications, in my case, appropriate for the emerging voluntary regulatory bodies is one factor that is encouraging me to do more; the other is interest. A VTCT Level III Diploma is a start, however something along the lines of what Hallos refers to looks rather attractive

Hi all

Not been able to find VTCT advanced course locally so found one in Sheffield which is Chi Reflexology (Moss Arnold) Booked on the 3 day event which is the intro course. This is advanced thinking having read the book so far and about to watch the DVD! Apparently there is no funding in FE for the advanced courses.
