Walmart Microfleece Blankets

I found an absolutly great blanket at Walmart a few weeks ago. So nice, that I went and picked up two more. Now I wish I had picked up even more.

It seems this blanket is hard to come by in the color you want. Isn't that how it always is? And, they don't have the same one on the website.

So, if you happen across thier Mainstays Microfleece 60x90 Twin blanket, I can highly recommend it. It was about $12 and is the perfect size for a massage table, is very very very soft, sewn well, and the right weight (not too heavy and not too light). They wash great and no pilling of the blanket.

I just wanted to pass it on in case it helps someone.

The SKU number on the blanket (I don't have the packaging any more) was 0 26705 44112 2.

I'm going to look at another Walmart tonight to see if I can find more. Wish me luck!!!!

It's very similar to that (it looks just the same), and may actually be that one. I had seen both of those earlier when I was looking for them on the website. The problem is that the colors are so drastically different and since it says it is "microplush" not microfleece, I can't be sure until I find one again and compare the wrapping. And, it apprears that the SKU's may be different.

I do know mine was wrapped with the ribbon in a cross + and not just once around -, like this one shows for the packaging.

Thanks for searching. I should have told you I did that, so I wouldn't have wasted your time. I'll update if I get more info or find another.

AH-HA!

I found two more in the eggplant color I need. I bought them both and left none for the next person! They were on sale for $10 each (twin size). :grin:

On the package it is labeled as: Mainstays Fleece Blanket (60' x 90').

Here it is on their website (in Kids' Bedding), but not in the exact colors they had in my store. So far I've only seen chocolate brown, eggplant, blue and ecru here.

Another important note, since I can't feel the one I have linked to here. One of the reviews says it is not "velvety". The ones I am buying are. So, I hope not to mis-lead anyone by the link. If you order it, it appears to be the same as what I am purchasing in the store, but I can't be for sure. Maybe there is some slight change I am unaware of with the online ordering. Or, maybe she had purchased one even more velvety than this one? Maybe she purchased Vellux and doesn't recall. Personally, I don't like Vellux because they are too stif to actually work with. Dunno.
