No, it's not the same as Dynasty. It is a legit place; the receptionist recommends you to keep your underpants on for massage. It's an upscale place that provide good massage plus sauna. You have to pay separately for sauna if you want it. It will be your view if it's worth to pay a bit more for a decent environment. Interestingly, I found a lot of Mainland Chinese (young students) as clients there whenever I went there.
