We need help introducing a 1 year old boxer puppy to my 2 smaller dogs,

both are about 8 to 10 lbs? Hello here is the deal, I hope someone can help us We just got a 1 year old Boxer puppy that is some what trained in all the basics: sit, stay, shake, speak etc, she is a female and is very gentle with us and our 6 year little girl. She is house broken & does well in the house..The problem is that she is so exited when she gets around the little dogs that she ends up stepping on them on accident.she has been introduced before to them but she just is a lil to rough, she really doesn't mean to & being that she is about lbs that is a problem.. she doesn't know her size...she is absolutely beautiful & so sweat...so if any one has a good idea, or a better way to do this, please help !!!Thank you

It sounds like it might be a little too late for the introduction -- seems they've already met.
What I have heard is that first introduction should be on neutral territory.
What I'm hearing is not that your dogs do not get along or there are any territorial or aggression issues, but just that your boxer is bigger than your other dogs and, still being a puppy, is not aware of her own strength.
I like the idea of keeping them separated by a gate of some sort. It also might help if the dogs were all walked together. In other words, all dogs sharing the same activity under your control.
