Welcome to Worthing / More info needed on therapy swaps

I live in worthing and am new to this site I registered because I want more info on 'therapy swaps' I suffer from chronic Myofascial pain in my upper body / neck / and shoulders. I am getting some relief with Myofascial release and stretching massage.

This however is breaking my bank and is now directly affecting my family welfare, I basically am deperate for treatment without high costs, My GP has tried referring me to NHS pain clinincs but these do not offer treatment.

I am now not on opiate based medication and have just suffered from Forced withdrawal from Fentanyl patches (100x stronger than heroine) and am deperately trying to gain pain relief more by natural remedys as petrified of being reliant on drugs again.

Would love to offer something in regard to a 'swap' but dont know what?

Please advise me or give me information about local therapys.

I've moved your thread over from the Therapy Swaps forum, unfortunately any swaps have to be therapy-therapy i'm afraid . A couple of suggestions i have is try contacting your local colleges who have therapy courses, as the students may need case studies or offer them at a reduced price, or freeconomy. This is a website where people offer 'trade' in their skills to others for free,where there may be some therapists in your area .There's a discussion about freeconomy here:
