What are some good ideas for "freebies" or specials for a licensed massage therapist

to offer her clients? Each week I offer a "weekly special" in my newsletters to my clients. I've tried: free mini-facial with purchase, free paraffin dips, free salt scrub, free wrap, 2-for-1s, free gift certificate with purchase, $15 off, $20 off...and a lot more of the obvious stuff. I would like to keep offering my weekly specials...but I am really running out of ideas and I don't want to be too redundant. I thought I would send this out to the wonderment of the internet and see if anyone (especially massage therapists and clients) had any good ideas?

I would prefer to give extras, such as the paraffin dip or the mini facial, rather than discount my prices since my prices are already very affordable. I would like to focus mainly on those ideas... but I am open to all suggestions.
