What are your doing for your clients this Christmas/Holiday?

So...I'm having a very tough time getting this mobile thing started, but to keep my bills paid in the meantime I kept 1 day a week at my old office for my diehard clients. They have been so awesome - I didn't raise my rates, but most all of them pay extra everytime because now I have to drive 3 hours to see them, they are incredibly reliable - I have 5 standing appointments per week, and they never miss their appointment, if they HAVE to they will call around and find someone to fill it - they truly are the best clients! I love them! But enough bragging, we all have some really special clients.....

I'm making chocolate dipped fortune cookies this year, I have store bought for backup but plan on making from scratch tonight since looking around online I see its not too terribly difficult (says the naive optimist)

I want to insert some personal wellness/happiness related fortunes - have any ideas?

Also - do you have a fun gift/service/extra for your clients this/next week?

My regs have brought me so much business as well as being faithful to return, so I'm giving them an extra 30 min to tack on to their regular hour massage. After their 90 min. session, many of them have bought gift certificates and tipped so much that I'm actually receiving more than I'm giving.

But my gift certificate sales are way down this year due to the economy, though my calendar is still full so I'm thankful for that.

I posted this elsewhere, but since this thread is specific to Christmas, I'll mention it again.

Thankfully, my GC sales are way up this year ~ and part of the reason seems to be that I offer a free Christmas card with the purchase of the GC. I found that my GC fit perfectly in the "money-holder" cards, so I bought several at Dollar Tree, giving my clients a small variety to choose from.

I keep the cards, envelopes and GC's in a small filer carrier (like those for coupons), and carry it wherever I go.

Great ideas! I did this for my regular clients:

I bought cheap little red and green paper bags and filled them w/epsom salts.
I also had the freebie business cards made up at vistaprint in a Christmas candle design.
On the business card I offered a complementary crushed walnut-shell back scrub with their next massage.

Then, I stapled the card onto the bag, and attached curling ribbon-they came so pretty!

I like to give a little christmas goodie bag with some candy. And then I throw in other little things, such as little candies, some antibacteria hand
sanitizer etc.. it's kinda simple but fun!

I give them bars of handmade soap. Depending on how often they come in, I give my regulars soap, they get from one to three bars depending on their frequency.

I have given little gifts in the past but this year I just sent a postcard wishing a happy holiday and $5 off next session.

LOL I'm doing a similar thing with a store in my neighborhood, only I'm giving gift certificates. This gives my clients a reason to go into the store and hopefully fall in love with it :-D

I had the same problem. Too busy for personalized gifts. Everyone got hand written holiday cards though.

I think I'll catch up in the New Year and put together a little something that will surprise and delight my regulars. I'm still brainstorming what that may be. :
