I really don't get it. Are you looking for a version of the Del Rey in an english speaking country with gringas instead of latinas?Inexpensive does not exist.Brothels like Sheri's ranch and the Wildhorse have alot of amenities i.e gourmet restaurants, PGA sanctioned golf course, steam room, spa, etc. But they are filled with expensive gringas. They are only cheap if you are a Japanese or Arabic tourist.There have been as many as 50 ladies in Sheris at one time.So probably the same quantity of women as the DR on Christmas Day.

There are plenty of very light skinned Mexicanas that speak English in Tijuana. Less than 20 min. from San Diego. Yes, I was being sarcastic, forgive me. I can't think of any country in the world where attractive, Caucasian, English-speaking women hang out to sell their bodies cheap. Inexpensive pu*sy won't be found in first world countries. Some Eastern European countries have relatively inexpensive p4p, but only a fraction of the women will speak English. Maybe you should consider learning Russian or Romanian.

The question then becomes, what constitutes 'inexpensive'? Someone mentioned Russia or Romania. Let me add Ukraine and the Czech Republic. English is the international business language, and many of the girls in these countries have very basic communication skills in English, some are quite fluent. The caveat is that prices have been going up with the influx of American tourism to these countries, and the weakening of the dollar. These days, Moscow escorts are advertising for 250-300 Euros/hr which puts them in the same range as American escorts. Private shows in strip clubs don't include sex but a good tip usually does the trick. By that time, however, your total is up there. I am sure you can find freelancers in the $100-150 range. And I don't know of any hotels along the lines of HDR in any of these places, but others here might. Inexpensive p4p is a function of poverty, plain and simple. While there are countries where median income is low AND there is NO p4p to speak of, you won't find inexpensive p4p anywhere EXCEPT where median income is low. The lower the median income, the cheaper the going rate.

Assuming that premise is correct, can you think of a country with white, English speaking women where you also have a very low median income? In Amsterdam, for example, there are lots of white, English speaking women, but they are not the majority of sex workers nor would I call sex in Amsterdam cheap.

There is also the issue of Anglo morality which is heavy on hypocrisy and low on practicality. Regarding Canada: It depends on where one goes for service and how often. Southwest of Toronto is the city of Mississauga. It has been a wonderful little place over the years for me to explore the many MPs and strip joints.
