What Cuisuine Will You Introduce?

Say for example, there's an international cuisine cooking competition that requires you to cook up 3 types dishes from yr native country to introduce to the world, what are your choices?
They have to be an appertizer/starter, main course & dessert & they have to be aunthentic to your country only, meaning that these dishes are common to yr country.
Please include recipes to make them as well. Thank u in advance.
PS: If there is such a competition, I will surely love to participate in it.

Well since my family has lived in the united states for 4 generations, I would have to cook American food. I don't need to give you recipes because everyone knows how to cook fries, hamburger, and a milkshake! LOL!

appetiser would have to be soup ---borscht would be good--- a cabbage soup with red beets and a dollop of sour cream. Main course cabbage roll ups with a mince and rice filling and simmered in chicken stock. You could have a potato salad and a cucumber salad with sour cream dressing. And just fresh fruit for sweets with a little more sour cream. OK it's a cold country so you need the fat !----Russian
