About the excitement -- it helps to be 60-something -- or you might try posting a photo of one of the grand dames of reflexology, such as Eunice Ingham, perhaps Seriously, I never use the term "massage". In fact, in many places in the USA, massage therapists now have to be fingerprinted as well as licensed in order to distinguish them from, um, other vocations. Fortunately, for reflexology treatment there is no need to disrobe, so we usually can escape from that requirement!
As for the topic, here in the States we are very careful -- our FDA has persecuted people in the past for "practicing medicine without a license" and such. So "patients" is a no-no unless you're at least a chiropracter or within a government-licensed health treatment facility. I do hope the rest of the world doesn't import ALL our social issues
