I noticed the same in Nagoya : 3-4 years ago the streets around Tokyu hotel where full of sexy girls waving for the Karaoke.

Now it seems that there is always the same clubs, the same guys outside : but no more girls ?

New regulations ?
 
I spent one evening strolling Akasaka and all I saw was businessmen...

2 years ago, there were lots of girls on the streets calling out to any man
they thought was mongering... and I followed some woman to an establishment
on the 4th floor of some building where she got paid a "referral fee" for
bringing me in and I got my knob polished.

Was there some crackdown on this practice of women gettings guys into
a fuuzoku?
