What happens when an MP gets raided!

Gentlemen! There has been a lot of talk as to what happens when you get caught at an "unlicensed place". Speaking first hand,since I had the pleasure of being caught at one. Let me tell you!
The cops never come in to the room! They knock on it and tell you that this is the police and to come out! Hopefully at that time you have dropped your load. They sit you down and ask you for identification at this time the cop runs you through dispatch to see if you have any charges or warrants pending. If not the cop
writes you an appearance letter to show up to court and a date and time is established right there on the spot. You are then allowed to leave on your own recognizance.
As for the long term efffects. If it's your first time caught in a place like that chances are the crown won't convict you but you will have to do community service. Or the worst case scenario is that it goes on your criminal record. Try explaining that to your wife and employer!

I was in MP during the raid,nothing happened they just were checking ID, and let me go.
No any tickets, or criminal.
They just trying to scare the guys
I don't care, i really like the place i went ,

I had the displeasure of being caught in a MP. As "lord" said they took my name and id. And that was it. Speaking from experience Police Officers will usually be cool with you if you are cool with them, special in these types of scenerios.

What kind of legal problems do attendants face if raided by the police?

One attendant told me she had to pay a fine after a police raid.

As the owner of 2 bodyrubs I must say that the original story ,about the cops wanting the customers to go to court , is pure fantasy. I have had many police inspections over the years, and the worst that has happened is that some of the attendants got by-law infractions for not being fully dressed. Never has a customer had to appear in court.
Now, both my places are licensed but it is not up to the customer to make sure that a place is licensed.
Hope that this has calmed some of your fears.

So Backshot what happened to you? you went to court and what happened? Were you charged? I looked at some of your older posts and you did say you were required to go to city hall, what happened there? Do you get a criminal record for being caught in a "Bawdy house"?

Just when you thought it was safe to come out of your cave.... you get sucked back in!!!!!!

Well it's been a while since I last responded to any threads or even been on massageplanet.net. Hi Romeo..... I'M BACK!!!!!

Now where can I start???? If you're a smart ass to the cop who is investigating the MP....chances are you're going to end up in court with an appearance letter and you will be charged with being a "Found in" sect. 210 B of the criminal code.
Don't quote me on that!!!!!!

You will end up in court and the crown will bust your chops to see just how nervous you are and then he will offer you diversion.
Now what this means is that you will have to go to JOHN SCHOOL and pay the $400 to a place called Streetlight services a place that is a shelter for prostitutes and all that other bullshit!!!!

Now what john school involves is being in a class with people who really are criminals ie. picking up street prostitutes and spending 8 hours with them in a class room at the Metro Ambulance building near the Downsview subway station on a saturday morning. If you do get the opportunity to spend a day with your local johns... go by the California Sandwiches place just around the corner and have the chicken veal. I recommend it!!!!

Oh yeah BTW.... the vice squad is on a weekend tour. Just before the holiday season to see if they can make a couple of extra $$$$'s. SO STAY AWAY FROM THE DOWNTOWN WHORE.... I MEAN CORE!!!!!

And don't ever doubt me again!!!!!

... I was busted downtown in February and I was given a Blue Ticket (criminal) and two Yellow tickets (by Law). After paying my lawyer around $1000 I had to make a donation to charity ($250 from memory) - which as bakshotbob mentioned is called Streetlight, they actually provide computer training and time management skills etc for girls who want to get out of the trade.

Anyway the charge is recorded on your criminal record as "inmate - common bawdy house ------- charges dismissed", and I know a girl who was not allowed in the States 5 years after this appeared on her record.
