What if I have to pee during a 2 hour massage?

I recently was having a massage and after about an hour I needed to pee. I had trouble relaxing because of this. I peed prior to the massage. What do I do? Do I ask the therapist if I can go or what?
OK, so I should ask, got it. My followup is I have no clothes on and a small towel over me. I'm I just going to get up a walk to the restroom?

Yes just ask the therapist, you will be uncomfortable if you don't and won't enjoy the massage. I expect that it is not an uncommon request.
