It sounds like you've got a homework assignment....
Hydrotherapy is healing from water. Acupressure is healing from pressure (massage). If you're doing research for homework, try looking on Wikipedia for more detailed answers or doing a general Yahoo search for it.

I agree that it sounds like you've got a homework assignment. lol Hydrotherapy obviously has to do with water, but it can entail a lot of things. I'm not sure what that is.
Acupressure is much like acupuncture. Instead of using needles on these points, you're using (usually) your fingers. It has to deal with meridians in the body and balancing out the organs because each point relates to an organ. I know we used acupressure with a tcm (traditional chinese medicine) perspective, but I am not positive that it is where it came from.
Shiatsu is a little different. It's a japanese form of massage. I've had a shiatsu treatment, but I know little about it. We only covered it a little in my massage schooling. Not even a whole day. We pushed on points along the spine to get a feel for it, but that was it. Sorry!
