What is the best holistic/alternative, treament/therapy, you've had?
Was it by recommendation? Would you recomend it?
Did you gain anything from it?
Did any of the above trigger off any "mystical" or "spiritual"experiences?

I'm asking you all because I think if I get some idea's, it might help me better decide what to go for.

My lovely friend Destiny does Reiki on me (I think it's absolutely fantastic).

The kinesiologist I go to see (my best friends partner) charges
ยฃ50 for the treatment, plus any supplements etc that the body requires. This may sound like a lot, but the training is very expensive and in depth, and the treatment itself sometimes takes several hours. The cost will of course vary according to where you live. As I am near London, it will tend to be quite expensive anyway.
