What is the best type of massage to get?

i have never gotten a massage and i was thinking of getting one cuz i work so much and i have to bend and lift things and it just feels like im gonna fall over and die one day. i was thinking deep tissue cuz when someone i know just gives me a small back massage and puts pressure on it, it feels so good but i dont want it to hurt...so idk, what would the best massage be? swedish? i would like some pressure but not enough to hurt me.

deep tissue, that's what I got for my first one. It was amazing. Massage Envy if there is one around you. I thought it would be to hard or something and hurt, but it was really just perfect.

Just tell your therapist exactly what you said here about what you want, and they will tailor a massage to suit your needs. A true deep tissue might be a little too aggressive for your first session, but they can integrate some deep techniques with some Swedish, and make a massage just for you!

Oh, and avoid Massage Envy if you can - it's a total rip-off.

Deep tissue massages are great they put just enough pressure for you to feel it and it hurts a little while it is being done but after omg you feel like you can just fly away!
