What is the best way to give a foot massage to my boyfriend?

My boyfriend of 3 years is a stock worker at the local super walmart. He comes home every morning (he works the night shift 10pm till 7am) with very sore feet, and the johnson and johnson's lotion with my tacky foot massages aren't cutting it. Any help?

Soak feets in luke warm water first and then do the massage . Make sure he has good insole in his shoes as well .Good luck

i saw this on yahoo and google. My boyfriend has the very same job and the very same problem: very sore feet when he gets off work as a walmart night stocker, i have some massage training and i use Zostrix diabetic foot creme on his feet...it has capsacin the stuff in peppers but it does not smell or burn...that would be bad because he says he already feels like his poor feet are on fire they are so tired and sore. i have a tub a very warm water and epsom salts redy to soak his feet when he gets home... then i massage them with the Zostrix creme...paying attention to his arches and heels which seem to ache the most... i rub his feet about 20 mins. It helps him go to sleep easier...he say as long as i make his feet not hurt i can have pretty much carte blanche in where we go out to eat. try it! you bf will love you even more!
