What is the best way to introduce 4 cats into a new home?

We live together already, and my girlfriend's 2 cats live in our living room, and my 2 cats live in back of our apt. My black cat fights with her 2 cats really badly, and so we always kept them apart these past two years--doors closed, no crossing the boundaries for them. But now we're buying a home, we want no more closed doors like that--it's too much. How long can it take for them to just chill? Are we just a pair of impossible dreamers?

Well if you try slowly introducing the cats to eachother they might get used to being around eachother. If they still fight tell them off and make sure they know that they're doing wrong. It would prob take a few days for them to settle into there new homes but as long as they have nice beds and food and water and toys they should soon get used to eachother. Make sure you give lots of attention to all of them and make them get used to it. Like feed them treats and play with them when they're altogether. I hope this helps!
